Customer Service Representative (Remote)

SHINE Cleaning Services is a growing residential cleaning company based in Montreal, Canada. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized full-time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.

In this role, you will answer customer calls, reply to emails and text messages, help customers book or reschedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service. You will also work closely with our scheduling and operations team to make sure every customer has a great experience.

We are looking for someone with excellent English, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help people. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Salary: $1,200–$1,500 CAD per month (based on experience)

This is a full-time, work-from-home position with opportunities to grow as our company continues to expand.
