Virtual Assistant for WordPress Site

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. Your main task will be to source tour information from our booking platform and add it to our WordPress website. This role requires proficiency in WordPress, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to ensure our tour offerings are accurately and attractively displayed online.

Key Responsibilities:
Retrieve tour details (descriptions, pricing, schedules, images, etc.)
Create and format tour listings using WordPress.
Ensure all tour information is accurate, current, and visually appealing.
Optimize tour pages for SEO to enhance visibility (basic SEO knowledge is a plus).
Maintain consistent design and branding across all tour listings.
Communicate progress or issues effectively with the team.

Requirements:
Proven experience with WordPress (please provide examples of WordPress sites you’ve worked on).
Familiarity with website content management and updates.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Excellent written English skills for creating clear, professional tour descriptions.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and availability for at least 20 hours per week.

Preferred Skills:
Basic graphic editing skills (e.g., Canva or Photoshop) for optimizing tour images.
Experience with WordPress plugins like Yoast SEO, Elementor, or similar.
Familiarity with the tourism industry or tour-related content.

Compensation:
Hourly rate: ?250 per hour.
Payments made via PayPal, Payoneer, or Easypay (through OnlineJobs.ph).
