Virtual Assistant for Eccommerce Website

Assistant needed for online ecommerce website using dropship fulfillment method ----------

Duties include, but not limited too:
-Navigating Wix & Etsy
-Customer Service- responding to client messages, inquiries, and via email. making sure customers have an overall positive experience
-Marketing - implement facebook, instagram, snapchat, etc. to properly & strategically run ads to drive customers to website
-Implementing new marketing techniques to significantly increase sales.
-Promote sales and events
-Communicating and Placing Customer Orders with third party suppliers via whatsapp
-Update customer orders and tracking information
-Set up Google Adsense
-Find financing and capital assistance available for the company
-Consult with me regarding other tasks that might need to be completed.
-Troubleshooting issues
