Virtual Assistant (Flexible, Remote Work)

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team! This is a flexible remote role, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time work, however, you must be available to work at least 4 hours a day, with compensation starting at $4 USD per hour.
This position is ideal for someone who’s great with client acquisition and admin tasks, with at least 1 year of experience. You don’t need to know everything right away—we’re happy to train you—but here’s what we need from you:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Generate leads, research potential clients, and perform outreach.
- Use of Tools: If you know tools like Hunter.io, Octoparse, Phantom Buster, or tools alike, that’s a plus! If not, we can help you learn.
- Administrative Support: Help with tasks like scheduling, calendar management, creating reports, proofing documents & spreadsheets.
Other Potential Responsibilities:
- Email & Inbox Management: Sort emails, respond to inquiries, and flag important ones.
- CRM Management: Keep our contact spreadsheets organized and up to date.
- Scheduling Support: Book appointments and ensure there are no scheduling conflicts.
- Travel Arrangements: Assist in booking flights, cars, accommodations, and restaurant reservations.
- Data Entry & Transcription: Input data accurately and transcribe meeting notes when needed.
- Research: Assist with various research tasks.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and post content for clients.
- Creative Design: If you know Canva or Photoshop, assist with simple digital design tasks.
- Contract Management: Help manage contracts and ensure all paperwork is up to date.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English and excellent at professional communication.
- Strong attention to detail—you’ll need to catch small errors and ensure everything is done accurately.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and work efficiently.
- Proactive and eager to learn. We’ll train you on tasks if needed.
- Experience with social media or creative design is a plus but not required.
- Highly Trustworthy—with the nature of some tasks and the clientele we work with, trust and discretion is essential for all team members.
