We are looking for a full-time VA, 40hrs per week. The ideal candidate must be willing to work in the US timezone (EST) and have prior experience in a service-based company.

About us:

Go Race Productions is a full service event company specializing in producing running, swim, biking and multi sport events. Go Race Productions is also a timing company that provide race results for its clients. We have a staff of 3 full time employees and 2 part time employees and volunteer and as needed staff of over 30 that work events. We produce between 85-110 events a year and are in a high growth period. Producing events requires an eye for detail and understanding of logistics. Planning people and equipment to arrive at a venue and create a memorable event for its participants is what we do.

Go Race Productions is looking for a VA to assist with daily operation tasks like:
-Respond to initial inquiry emails in Helpscout
-First point of contact to direct and respond in a timely manner
-Update dropbox files and folders with client documents and adhere to file naming protocols
-Monitor and update paid quickbooks invoices and move events from Lead pipeline status to event management status
-Work with event coordinator to create on site staff and volunteer playbooks, course maps, event maps for the day of event
-Assist Sales manager with market analysis compiling lists of competing in various areas and rates
-Process and type contracts based on sales coordinator pricing structure to send to clients

Pay is $4.25/hr with 90 day review and annual review at which time pay increases based on performance analyzed.

Time tracking would be conducted via Hubstaff and payment made via PayPal every Friday for the preceding weeks hours.
