Virtual Assistant - Customer Support Position

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who will focus on Customer Support. The role entails managing various forms of outreach and correspondence with customers and various partnerships. There may be tasks outside of customer support as well, but they would be closely related to the work you will be in connection ---------- ’s important to be comfortable interacting with our customers and partners regularly and promptly, as all communication is done over email.

An ideal candidate would have:
Experience with Gorgias or a similar customer support platform
Excellent communication skills both with customers, partners and with other team members
Experience responding to customers emails and providing knowledgeable support
The ability to resolve customer's issues quickly
The ability to mirror the tone and style of the brand in all communications
Have daily availability to respond to inbound communications in a timely manner
The drive to take ownership of projects and responsibilities


REQUIREMENTS:
Applicant must speak English
At least 2 years relevant experience in customer support or related field
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work 6 days a week
