Virtual Assistant — Creator Onboarding & Support (Slideshow Posting)

We're a fast-growing startup that helps creators earn money posting TikTok slideshows. We're looking for a reliable, friendly VA to help onboard new creators and keep things running smoothly day to day.

What you'll do:

Onboard new creators into our slideshow posting program — walk them through setup, answer their "how do I…" questions, and make sure they get their first posts up
Be the go-to person for creator questions (chat/email/DMs) — quick, clear, helpful replies
Keep our creator tracker/spreadsheets up to date
General VA tasks: data entry, scheduling, follow-ups, light admin, and whatever else comes up
You're a great fit if you:

Communicate clearly and write friendly, professional messages in English
Are organized and actually follow up on things
Know your way around TikTok (or can learn fast)
Are comfortable with spreadsheets and basic tools
Can work independently and don't need a lot of hand-holding
Nice to have:

Experience with creator/influencer programs or social media management
Previous customer support or onboarding experience
Details:
