Virtual Assistant and Data Entry for E-commerce

PopInventory is an early stage startup from Singapore, founder by seasoned technologists and business executives in the online grocery domain. With pre-seed funding from a reputable investor, we set up to build the best in class, mobile friendly e-commerce SaaS to optimise the operation and supply chain for millions of grocery stores in South East Asia.

We need a virtual and data entry assistant for E-commerce to help the founders to offload some of their daily operation tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Assist founders to do copy writing work such as job description, scheduling, and occasionally cold calling merchants, etc
- Online and/or offline market research, competitor analysis and data sourcing
- Data entry for e-commerce such as category and property setup, product uploading, product information sourcing, etc
- Online/offline business development as needed

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in a related discipline
- Experience in e-commerce data entry and virtual assistant is a must
- Fluent English is a must
- Familiar with market and user research would be a huge advantage
