Virtual Assistant

We are looking for someone who is passionate about growing a marketing agency that helps small businesses grow. The candidate must have the ability to hit the ground running with given tasks and due dates. Lastly, the candidate should also make thoughtful decisions when needed and should have the ability to take ownership and take initiative to work on tasks without being asked.

The ideal candidate will understand that when first starting, a lot of the tasks will be somewhat simple & repetitive but they will completely learn the business and the goal is to eventually move into a leadership ---------- this role, we especially want a Candidate who will initially focus in the Sales Department where he/she will help the CEO generate leads, nurture and follow up and eventually help in the conversion of these leads. We also want the candidate to work on other important administrative projects and tasks so that the CEO is freed with routinary tasks and so that he can focus on strategies and business building.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and assist in Sales transactions. This includes responding to inbound leads and following up with an old list of leads.
- Create outbound email messages to generate leads. Able to use ChatGPT to create an email sequence.
- Diligently updates sales activity in the company CRM.
- Manage and execute tasks in our project management tool.
- Continually monitor and maintain client accounts & relationships.

Skills:
- At least 1 year Sales experience is desired
- Skilled in dealing with different people with different backgrounds
- Proficient with communicating with clients
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask
- Takes initiative and work on tasks without being asked
- Google Suite applications knowledge and other basic knowledge on organizational tools

This role is full time and the work schedule is on the EST timezone. The starting rate is $600/month and eventually increases as you mature and grow in the company.
