Virtual Assistant

I run an online coaching business where we help our students sell their products online (ecommerce). I am looking to hire someone who is data oriented, analytical, can think critically and independently, and who is compassionate and empathetic. You are a lover of solving problems! This is a great position for anyone who loves working with people and being a part of a community :)

Training will be provided so no experience or prior knowledge is necessary. I'm looking for someone who loves learning, is a self improvement buff, is super organized and is not afraid of more technical things (so if you love data and spreadsheets, read on!)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- respond to customer service emails and messages on social media
- sorting emails, scheduling social media posts, editing blog posts
- assist our students with course-related questions
- strategize social media content
