Requiring a virtual assistant to

going into company website and creating order sheets for the seamstress in charge, communicate with customer enquiries with the utmost respect and possess graceful customer service skills,
communicate with staff, navigating through the shipping website and preparing shipments online for the manager to print.

This job requires approximately 4 hours or less a week. The job might grow into more hours as required.
