Virtual Assistant

The Pillar Group, LLC is hiring a Virtual Assistant with real insurance quoting experience.
You will help our licensed producers by gathering data, building quotes, and preparing files
for presentations.
This is a long-term role for the right VA.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2 years of insurance quoting experience
• Experience with multiple carriers
• Experience quoting
– Personal Lines
– Commercial Lines
– Farm and Agriculture is a strong plus
• Experience researching property data using
– Zillow
– County Assessor websites
– Tax records and public data
Strong English speaking and writing skills
• You will contact prospects or customers for missing information
• Short English video sample required for Phase 2
Part-time: 4 hours per day
• Full-time: 8 hours per day
• Schedule based on final agreement
TOOLS YOU MUST KNOW
• Insurance Agency Management System • CRM system • Microsoft Office – Outlook – PowerPoint – OneDrive • Insurance rating tools – PL Rater – EZLynx – Similar systems
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Collect complete quote information from the customer and other sources • Research properties and risks • Build accurate insurance quotes • Double-check quotes for accuracy • Organize quote files for producers • Solve missing or unclear quote details • Prepare quotes ready for producer presentation
