Job Title: Virtual Assistant Needed for Social Media Management & Canva Design (Pet Photography & Hair Accessories)
About the Role
I am looking for a highly organized, creative, and reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage two distinct businesses: a pet photography business and a hair accessory brand. This role involves managing two Instagram accounts, providing creative direction for content, designing materials in Canva, and handling occasional administrative projects in Honeybook.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, understands current social media trends, and is comfortable using modern tools including AI.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Manage two Instagram accounts (Pet Photography and Hair Accessories).
Content Strategy & Ideation: Provide fresh, trendy ideas for Instagram posts. I will create the actual content based on your ideas and send it to you for scheduling and posting.
Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, audio, and formats to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
Canva Design: Create polished, on-brand materials in Canva, including product guides and other visual assets as needed.
Administrative Tasks: Handle occasional projects within Honeybook as directed.

Requirements & Qualifications
Language: Must speak and write English fluently and professionally.
Platform Expertise: Must have strong, proven experience using Honeybook and Canva.
Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of the social media landscape, particularly Instagram, and what is currently trending.
AI Proficiency: Must know how to use AI tools (such as Claude, etc.) to improve efficiency and generate ideas.
Coachability: Must be able to take directions well, be open to feedback, and execute tasks accurately.
Experience: Must be able to provide past client reviews and a portfolio of previous social media or VA work.
Must be ok with a trial.

Communication
All communication will be conducted via WhatsApp or Google Meet. You must be comfortable and responsive on both platforms.
