Needs to be an expert with Kajabi and Acuity scheduling system. The Acuity is a scheduling system and diary linked to kajabi, the applicant MUST have high level of experience with this. Please do not enquire if you do not have this experience.

he Parenting Collective is seeking a highly specialized, detail-oriented Kajabi Expert Virtual Assistant to manage and optimize the technical backend of our online course and membership platform. You are a Kajabi master who thrives on setting up systems, ensuring a seamless user experience for our members, and implementing marketing funnels.

Possibly, turning into a long-term, part-time position requiring 5 hours per week.

Compensation & Commitment
Hours: 5 Starting with a GIG - to see how we work together, need the hours ASAP.

Rate: 15 AUD per hour, based on experience.

Core Responsibilities ( Acuity Management - diary - Kajabi Management and)
The primary focus of this role is the accurate and efficient execution of tasks within the Kajabi platform:

Course & Product Setup:
Upload, format, and organize new video lessons, files, and materials into existing Kajabi Products (courses, memberships).

Manage and update existing course content and quizzes to maintain a polished learning experience.

Ensure all course pages reflect brand consistency and clear navigation.


Email Marketing & Automation:

Build, schedule, and send marketing and nurture emails using Kajabi's email feature.

Set up and manage automations and tagging based on customer behavior (e.g., course enrollment, form submission) to segment the audience effectively.

Manage and update lead capture forms and subscriber lists.

Pages & Funnels:

Design, build, and edit high-converting Landing Pages, Sales Pages, and Checkout Pages using Kajabi's page builder.

Implement and optimize existing Funnels (Pipelines) to convert leads into customers.

Ensure all pages are mobile-responsive and load quickly.

Offer & Payment Management:

Create and manage Offers for new courses and memberships, ensuring correct pricing, access, and integration with Kajabi Payments.

Troubleshoot basic payment and subscription issues.

Required Skills & Experience
Kajabi Mastery (2+ years): Proven, in-depth experience managing the full Kajabi ecosystem (Products, Pipelines, Emails, Pages, Offers, Contacts).

Technical Fluency: Highly proficient in technical setup, including form integration, custom domain setup, and basic troubleshooting.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous organizational skills to manage and tag a large contact database and ensure accurate content uploading.

Marketing Acumen: Understanding of basic sales funnel principles and email marketing best practices (e.g., subject line optimization, clean email design).

Software: Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or ability to integrate Kajabi with simple third-party tools - Acuity

Communication: Excellent written English to handle email copy and customer support inquiries related to the platform.
