About Us

TrueCare Health Services is a growing healthcare company based in Melbourne, Australia. We provide services to aged care and community clients and are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for someone with excellent English skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Experience is helpful but not essential.

Pay Structure

- First 2 weeks: $2 AUD per hour (training and onboarding period)
- After successful completion of training: $5 AUD per hour
- Regular performance and salary reviews

Responsibilities

- Inbound and outbound phone calls
- Appointment scheduling and confirmations
- General administrative support
- Data entry
- CRM management
- Excel spreadsheets and reporting
- Xero data entry and administration
- Following up clients and facilities
