**Virtual Assistant (Cleaning Business Experience Required)**

We are hiring an experienced Virtual Assistant for our Australian cleaning business.

**Requirements:**

* Must have previous experience working with an Australian cleaning company.
* Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
* Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
* Excellent customer service and phone skills.
* Experience with booking management, customer enquiries, quotations, scheduling, and follow-ups.
* Strong computer skills and ability to work independently.
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.

**Working Hours:**

* Monday to Saturday
* 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Australian time)

**Important:**

* Do NOT apply if you are new to the cleaning industry.
* We are only looking for candidates with proven cleaning industry experience.
* Strong communication skills are essential.
