Virtual Assistant

We're a real estate photography company with two photographers. We have separate editors for videos and photos.

1. Quality check photos (2-6 properties per day) and video (0-3 properties per day), add applicable files/links to property page (0-2 properties per day), verify square footage on google (0-2 properties per day), deliver media.
2. Reach out to editors for changes if necessary, usually necessary about one property per day.
3. Rarely but sometimes necessary to make small changes to a photo (object removal usually).
4. Maybe even check emails to see if there are issues with an invoice or scheduling, rare.

All of that typically takes me between 30-90 minutes each morning. We shoot an average of 2-4 properties per day, usually not on weekends but we occasionally have one property on a Saturday. I don’t need assistance outside of that 8am-10am window Tuesday - Saturday.
