Thoughts Need Company (TNC) is a basketball development and mentorship company founded by pro athlete and coach D.J. Fenner. We combine elite training, mentorship, and digital tools to empower youth athletes across the U.S. and beyond.

We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for two highly reliable, proactive Virtual Assistants to support our systems, content uploads, and athlete onboarding.

Your Main Responsibilities
You don’t need to know everything—just be a fast learner with good English and attention to detail.

Platform Support:
Set up Kajabi offers, automations, and email flows
Upload videos and files to training portals
Monitor waiver completions and form responses

Content Organization:
Organize videos, graphics, and documents in Google Drive
Maintain athlete portals
Track drill vault uploads, mindset audios, and progress sheets

Admin & Athlete Support:
Assist in sending onboarding emails and Zoom links
Helping with logistics for clinics, camps, or events (forms, waivers, reminders)
Coordinating space bookings, check-ins, and supply needs
Sending reminder emails to families or attendees
Tag CRM contacts and update intake sheets

Marketing & Outreach:
Posting or scheduling IG stories/posts (with pre-approved content)
Organizing testimonial quotes or athlete highlights
Uploading and tagging content in Canva or Google Drive

You Might Be a Fit If You...
1. Are detail-oriented and enjoy organizing systems
2. Communicate clearly and write professional emails
3. Can follow instructions and figure things out with minimal supervision
4. Are comfortable using tools like Kajabi, Google Docs/Sheets, Canva, ---------- , and Slack (or willing to learn)
5. Are available to work at least 3–4 hours per day, Philippine time
