Being a critical thinker and self-driven leader is essential in this role as you will need to adapt based on the needs of our clients.

--Duties & Responsibilities--

- Provide executive support to the Founder & CEO including managing schedules, meeting coordination and monitoring correspondence + following up with leads prior to sales calls to ensure they will be on the call that day
- Provide timely and quality high level support for our CRM
- Provide timely and quality high level administrative support to clients
-Doing independent research on relevant prospects and drafting custom emails and outreach messaging that is relevant to their business (10 custom emails per day)
-Calling FB and other paid advertisement leads/cold prospects to ask general questions about their business and needs and secure sales calls for the CEO
-Doing independent research on relevant prospects on LinkedIn and then connecting and sending personalized messages to generate potential sales calls
-Reaching out and following up with prospects that sign up for the private Facebook group
-Provide support over back-end Client management tools and tracking software
-Provide oversight to inbound leadgen pipelines and team
-Provide support over back-end Client management tools and tracking software
-Working during western hours (EST time zone)

--Skills & Experience required--

-Willingness to adapt as the situation requires it
-Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate several priorities at a time
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Creative and goal-oriented thinking
-The ability to communicate professionally and effectively
-The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
-Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
-Previous experience with Adobe creative suite desired but not essential
-Previous experience with Go High Level desired but not essential
-Enthusiasm and interest in engaging in consultation with creatives across the world
-Interested to be a part of a growing and successful Company like New Cape Pictures
