JOB OVERVIEW

A full time Admin Assistant is needed for a growing company. English is a MUST and must be able to read, write and speak properly and CLEARLY. This person will be working directly with owner and helping with a variety of tasks some of which include below:

-Respond to emails and phone calls
-Schedule meetings
-Review Resumes & Schedule Interviews
-Book travel and accommodations
-Manage a contact list
-Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
-Organize managers’ calendars
-Perform market research
-Create presentations, as assigned
-Address employees administrative queries
-Provide customer service as first point of contact
-Deal with clients on urgent cases
and more

Requirements are:
English FLUENT
Fast Internet Access
Work New York Eastern Time Zone
Superior Organization
Clear communication skills
Able to Multi Task and Prioritize
Techsavvy
Microsoft Office Proficient
