Looking for a brilliant VA to be a key member of our 5 Star Property Management Team in Orlando Florida USA.
We are right next to Disney World and we manage vacation homes for homeowners. We rent these homes to guests who travel from all over the world. We earn money by maintaining the homes and finding guests to stay in the homes.
We rent these vacation homes, using AirBNB, VRBO and similar sites. We have our own website as well and want to do more with Facebook and Instagram to attract reservations and new homeowner clients. Most of our clients speak English and some speak Spanish or Portuguese. English is the language of our business.
Our business is busy, each day we might have to organize for a plumbing problem to be fixed or a Pool to be cleaned, we might deal with a happy (or unhappy) guest or a AC unit might break down at 1AM in the Summer and the phone rings because someone needs us to help.
Are you someone who can pick up a task, research and come back with ideas or solutions? We are a young business sometimes we don’t have the answer and need help researching new ---------- n you communicate with customers by chat / email?
We are growing and want you to grow with ---------- illiant English is important, and a brilliant attitude is even more so.
We deal with many guests every day and someone with great English and able to build relationships with guests would be perfect.
We also need help with some of our monthly tasks, entering data into customer accounts, keeping records and paying invoices.
We are growing and we will be looking for people with a wide range of skills at a later time, including SEO, blog writing / researching / prospect research and outbound / inbound calls - if you have skills, aptitude or experience in these areas this will be a bonus but is not required.
