JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
We’re an early-stage startup founded by AI researchers and healthcare innovators. Our mission is to transform dermatology and visual health with cutting-edge AI. By standardizing how clinicians, researchers, and telehealth teams capture and analyze medical images, we’re unlocking new ways to diagnose, track, and treat medical conditions at scale.
Backed by private and federal funding, top advisors, and early enterprise interest, we’re building a multi-billion-dollar vision as the platform for global AI-driven visual diagnostics.
What You'll Do
Own the design of core product experiences across mobile, web, and dashboard interfaces
Translate complex clinical workflows into clean, intuitive designs for clinicians and patients
Build and maintain our design system in Figma, components, tokens, patterns
Create interactive prototypes to validate flows before engineering handoff
Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship polished, consistent UI at startup speed
Ensure visual consistency and quality across every screen, state, and edge case

What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in UI/UX and product design for mobile, dashboard, or web-based products
Strong Figma skills, design systems, reusable components, and prototyping
Strong layout and visual design ability
Sharp attention to detail and consistency in UI
Ability to work independently and move fast in a growing team
Comfortable working at startup speed, designing, testing, and iterating quickly to support rapid product delivery

Nice to Have
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Procreate
Healthtech or B2B SaaS experience

Culture
Small, fast-moving team building from the ground up
Real ownership, you'll have a seat at the table in product conversations, not just execute specs
Async-first communication with high standards for clarity and follow-through
Building something meaningful in a space that directly impacts patient care
