UI UX Designer & Webflow Developer

Reform Digital® — www.reform.digital — is hiring a hybrid designer and Webflow developer to join our fully remote team.

We are a Webflow Premium Partner building award winning websites, brands, and digital experiences. You will take projects end to end, from sitemap and wireframes through to polished Webflow builds.

What you will do:

— Design in Figma. Sitemaps, wireframes, UI, components, and prototypes
— Build clean, scalable Webflow sites using Client First and Relume
— Add custom CSS, JS, and integrations when needed
— Work across full projects and smaller white label tasks
— Use modern AI tools to move faster and solve problems

What we are looking for:

— Strong hybrid skills in both design and Webflow development
— Comfortable owning projects from start to finish
— Adaptable, detail oriented, and reliable in a remote setup
