Title Processor

Title Processor – Remote (Philippines)

Fast-paced U.S.-based title company is hiring an experienced Title Processor to join our team remotely from the Philippines.

We are seeking someone with a minimum of 5 years of title processing experience. Qualia experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

Processing purchase and cash transactions
Handling investor deals, assignments, and double closings
Managing private and traditional lender purchases
Processing refinances and land contracts
Clearing title requirements and coordinating with all parties
Managing emails, phone calls, and text communication
Working closely with clients, lenders, agents, and internal team

Expectations:

1-hour response time during working hours is mandatory

Schedule:
Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, with occasional Saturday mornings.

Requirements:

Strong English communication (written and verbal)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced title environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet and computer setup
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines efficiently
