Telemarketer

Position Summary:
Aloma Home Care is seeking a proactive and compassionateTelemarketer to support both client families and referral partners through effective communication, outreach, and marketing support. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating new leads online and through events, and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, social workers, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, families, and referral partners (e.g., hospitals, clinics, discharge planners)
Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
Assist in scheduling consultations, follow-ups, and maintaining contact with new and existing leads
Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate lead data and communication records
Generate new leads from online platforms, social media, directories, and community events
Support event coordination and attend health fairs or outreach events (virtually or in-person if local)
Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners
Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and referral packets
Perform general administrative support tasks including tracking outreach activities and preparing reports

Qualifications:
1+ year experience in sales support, customer service, outreach, or marketing assistance
Excellent phone communication skills and ability to engage both families and healthcare professionals
Knowledgeable in CRM platforms and calling apps (e.g., RingCentral, CallRail, HubSpot, or similar tools)
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Familiarity with online lead generation tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Compassionate and professional demeanor when discussing care-related topics
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for calls

Preferred:
Experience in home care, healthcare services, or senior care marketing
Familiarity with Houston/Texas healthcare and senior service providers


Schedule & Compensation:
Work Schedule: Flexible, between 20 to 40 hours per week, following Central Standard Time (CST)
Rate: $5.00 USD per hour
