Technical Writer

Responsibilities/Duties generally include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and revise technical documents such as but not limited to product manuals, training guides, journal articles, tutorials, and process documentation, spec sheets of some products.
- Consult with subject matter experts and clients to review and revise copies.
- Research on different products and services and translate complex information into simple, comprehensive, and engaging content.
- Write engaging and informative copies with user-friendly illustrations, graphs, and infographics for enhanced user experience.
