Technical Virtual Assistant

We are a growing online wellness and meditation coaching business looking for a highly skilled, proactive Technical Virtual Assistant to manage the entire backend of our operations.

This is not a general admin VA role — we need someone technical who can independently manage our website, funnels, payment systems, and digital product library, and who takes initiative to catch problems before they become urgent.

You'll be working closely with our content/social media VA and reporting directly to the business owner and other tea ---------- mbers as needed.

If you love solving technical puzzles, are meticulous about details, and enjoy being the "systems glue" that keeps an online business running smoothly, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain, update, and troubleshoot our current website (Wix), and lead the eventual migration to WordPress

- Build, edit, and maintain sales funnels in ----------

- Manage and troubleshoot our email marketing platform, Kit (ConvertKit)

- Monitor Stripe daily — track payments, payouts, refunds, and correctly tag purchases; troubleshoot payment or notification issues

- Upload, format, and organise digital products (meditations, audio, video, PDFs) into our online course and meditation libraries.

- Proactively test that all systems (website, funnels, payment links, email automations) are working correctly — don't wait to be told something's broken

- Coordinate with our content VA to take finished content (meditations, newsletters, blog posts, funnel copy) and get it properly set up and published in our live systems (website, funnel builder, email platform).

- Set up and manage email accounts/aliases and basic domain/DNS tasks as needed

- Document processes and keep a simple log of fixes/changes for the team

Requirements:

- Proven hands-on experience with Wix (required) and WordPress (required — migration experience is a strong plus)

- Experience with ---------- or a comparable funnel-building platform

- Experience with Kit (ConvertKit) or similar email marketing tools

- Experience with Stripe — payment tracking, payouts, tagging, basic troubleshooting

- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working independently without hand-holding

- Excellent written English communication

- Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time

- Prior experience supporting online coaches, course creators, or wellness/spiritual businesses is a plus
