Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organised Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations at Incontrol UK.

This is a practical, hands-on role focused on managing real client requests, coordinating engineers, and keeping jobs moving.

This is NOT a marketing or funnel-building role.

What You Will Be Doing

Responding to client messages (WhatsApp, email, CRM)
Logging jobs and updates in Bitrix24
Assigning and coordinating engineers
Booking site visits and installations
Following up to ensure tasks are completed
Keeping clients updated on progress
Managing multiple live jobs at once
Providing a daily report (bullet points)

Important (How We Work)

When issues come in (e.g. WiFi or CCTV not working):

We acknowledge the client immediately
We try to resolve the issue remotely first
Only if needed, we send an engineer

We are looking for someone who thinks this way — not someone who just logs and assigns tasks.

Requirements

Strong written English
Highly organised and reliable
Fast response time
Good at following up and chasing tasks
Comfortable coordinating people
Able to think practically and solve problems

Preferred (Not Required)

IT or engineering background
Experience with CRM systems
Experience in operations or coordination

Working Hours

4 hours per day (to start)
Must overlap with UK mornings

Pay

$3-$4per hour

How to Apply

Please answer:

A client says:
“My WiFi is down and my cameras are not working.”

Explain:

What you would say to the client immediately
What you would do to try and fix this remotely first
When you would send an engineer
What you would say to the client if an engineer is required
