Right now, Fiorilli Construction is looking for a IT Systems & Process Manager to lead and improve workflows across the business, from preconstruction and operations to HR and finance. You’ll work with department leaders to document processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions that increase efficiency and consistency.

Although you won’t directly own every department initiative, you’ll be at the center of them all—providing the structure, insight, and support that enables teams to work smarter and deliver stronger outcomes.
1) Business Process Management & Improvement; you will:
a) Lead and facilitate cross-departmental process discovery, mapping, and documentation initiatives.
b) Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
c) Design, implement, and standardize processes and governance frameworks.
d) Develop and track KPIs to measure process performance and impact.
e) Facilitate workshops and training to drive process adoption and a culture of continuous improvement
2) Systems Administration & Digital Tool Optimization; you will:
a) Administer core business systems (MS 365,
b) Oversee our third-party systems and IT, Reliable Solutions, for Level 1/2 IT support; manage escalations and vendor performance
c) Oversee user provisioning, access rights, and system configurations
d) Ensure timely software updates, license renewals, and system documentation
e) Provide technical guidance and training to end-users to maximize digital tool adoption
3) Compliance & Data Integrity (Jonas Premier ERP); you will:
a) Monitor and enforce adherence to contract workflows and internal process controls within Jonas Premier
b) Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance
c) Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and compliance checklists
d) Collaborate with stakeholders to remediate non-compliance or data integrity issues
e) Report on compliance metrics and recommend corrective actions as needed
4) Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Enablement; you will:
a) Partner with executive leadership, department heads, and end-users to align process and systems initiatives with business goals
b) Serve as a liaison between business units and IT/vendor teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions
c) Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams to implement process and system enhancements
d) Communicate change impacts, timelines, and expectations to all stakeholders
e) Gather feedback and iterate on solutions to ensure successful adoption and sustained improvement
5) Innovation, Continuous Learning & Process Automation; you will:
a) Research and recommend new technologies, tools, or automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
b) Design and implement workflow automations within core systems (e.g.,
c) Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements
d) Dedicate time weekly to upskilling and system/process improvement activities
e) Track and report on efficiency gains, automation ROI, and user satisfaction
Although the company counts on your experience and expertise, you will have two weeks of orientation and initial training which will entail reviewing all company systems and roles so that you familiarise yourself with the company.
In order to excel in this role, you need to have:

? Eligibility to enrol immediately in Fiorilli Construction’s “Gain Share” Incentive Pay plan
? Concentrated Time Off (CTO) Work Shifts (aka ‘8.5/80’ Plan). The team follows a 2-week Work Shift (80 hours, 10 working days) that incorporates 8.5-hour days, Monday through Thursday (adding 2 hrs weekly), with every other Friday requiring only a 4-hour shift (1/2 day). That’s approximately 26 Friday afternoons OFF!
