JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a high-level, encrypted, and fully-remote system for client accountability in a U.S.-based sobriety program.

You will be the lead systems operator—tracking progress, managing handlers (staff), reviewing daily reports, and using secure tools like Threema to ensure tight compliance.

Must have a strong understanding of digital privacy, secure communication practices, and working with confidential data.

???? This is not a customer service role. This is for someone who:
• Loves systems, structure, order, and routine
• Can handle sensitive medical and behavioral info with TOTAL discretion
• Can manage timelines, task flows, and data logs without mistakes
• Thrives working behind-the-scenes (not looking to be a “star”)
• Learns new software and tools quickly (Threema, Notion, Google Sheets)
• Can manage other people and escalate issues without emotion

???? Security & Loyalty Matter Most. You will be under a non-disclosure agreement and managing encrypted systems. We’re building a legacy empire—not a hustle.

???? Your tasks will include:
• Monitoring daily client check-ins (via screenshot + message logs)
• Confirming counselor reports and doctor notes are submitted weekly
• Updating dashboards for weekly executive summaries
• Managing 3–5 staff handlers and escalating any non-compliance
• Coordinating small projects like onboarding, staff alerts, and template creation

???? Pay: $600–$900/month (based on skill and performance)
? Full-time (Philippine night shift preferred to match EST)
????? Full training provided + major long-term growth opportunity

? To apply, send a 1–2 minute video introducing yourself, and answer these 3 questions in writing:
1. Why do you think systems and structure are important in life and business?
2. What tools or systems have you used to track multiple people or projects?
3. What would you do if someone on your team wasn’t following instructions?
