We are a German based software development company from Darmstadt, Hesse. We develop custom software solutions for our enterprise customers in sectors like banking, farm industries, mechanical engineering and home automatisation.

## What would be your job?
- Work with our ticketing system to respond to new support tickets from our customers, based on their priority
- Investigate problems regarding AWS deployed PHP based (Symfony) applications
- Fix problems by working with a standardised playbook and operating instructions (provided by us)
- e.g.: restarting the application in a timely manner
- Work night shifts either: 17:00 - 01:00 or 01:00 - 09:00 CEST
- Communicate proficiently in english with our developers in Germany to report investigated problems and measures you took during your work hours
- Work on small internal tools for us during times, where no support tickets are open
- You will be integrated in our processes and we will help you sharpen your development skills by tech reviews of your code and other learning opportunities
## What do you need to know?
- Proficient knowledge of AWS and its services including:
- EC2
- EBS
- Elastic Load Balancer
- AWS Aurora
- Proficient knowledge of Docker
- (optional) knowledge of Kubernetes
- (optional) knowledge of ReactJS
- Proficient knowledge of Symfony/PHP
- Proficient in written and spoken english
This is a fulltime job. Salary is negotiable but will be between 400$ - 800$ depending on your skills. With raises once you are fully on track.
