Sr. Salesforce Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE:
IMMEDIATE HIRING!

We are in URGENT NEED for Senior Salesforce Developers to join our team. Besides being technically capable in Salesforce development, this person needs to successfully lead the team from conceptualization of the solution to deployment/implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you'll get to...

- administer, configure, customize and custom develop in ---------- (Sales, Service & Marketing Clouds)
- develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce*, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
- customize User Interface development, including Visualforce* pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components** and Lightning Web Components
- take ownership of deployments and release cycles to implement and deploy new features and updates to existing applications and code
- collaborate with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business
- test (unit & systems), debug, and do UAT coordination
- contribute to technical documentation
- participate, communicate, and contribute to project planning, requirements elicitation, system design, and tea ---------- etings with both the client and Onshore / Offshore tea ---------- mbers
- meet the client to understand their requirements and figure out an approach to solve the problem or issues using Salesforce
- analyze pending tasks and complete the ones which are considered to be a higher priority
- maintain user roles to avoid risk & breaches on the company's data
- perform other duties as needed by the role

REQUIREMENTS:
On day one, we'll expect you to...

- have BS/MS degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or Technical Discipline, or equivalent experience
- have 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or 2+ year of experience as a Lead/ Sr. Salesforce Developer
- have development, administration, configuration, implementation and support experience on the  ----------  platform (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)
- have development, implementation and integration experience on  ----------  using Apex, Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Workflows, Process Builder, CSS, HTML, Javascript, Visual Force Pages, Custom Tabs, Custom Objects, S-Controls, Reports, Dashboards, etc.
- have familiarity with AJAX
- have development and configuration experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning UI
- have experience in integrations using Rest and SOAP
- have experience working with  ----------  sandbox and production environments, and release management / deployment procedures
- have experience with Order Management System, Marketing Cloud Development, Administration & Configuration (Integrations, Data Extensions, Automations, Journeys, CloudPages, Contact Builder, Analytics)
- have the ability to adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write and maintain test classes for all custom development
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English), able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and tea ---------- mbers
- have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and work independently
- have a fully functional and up to date computer with which to perform duties
- be willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer
- be willing to work in India time zone (8:00am-5:00pm IST) corresponding to 11:30am -7:30pm PH time
- be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there
- be willing to take on a fulltime, contract-based position

What separates the best from the rest are:

- Salesforce administrator & developer certifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Lead / Sr. Salesforce Developer

NOTE:
- This is a remote (work from home) position.
- Salary Range: $15 to $18 per hour.
