Software Implementation assistant

Hi all, we are looking for an implementation assistant that would be working mainly North American hours. Must be fluent in English, both in speaking and in writing. Writing is more used than speaking, but exchanges with internal tea ---------- mbers and some customers is also required.
We are a Canadian software company that provides financial products for large and very large companies around the world. Our typical implementation time is between 3 and 8 months, with some accounts taking much more. As per the software implementation tasks, we request data from our customers and setup their account. This includes adding users, setting up user permissions, creating approval flows, importing budgets, setting up templates and configuring multiple settings in the software. As part of the required skills we are NOT seeking coders. Your job does not include any coding but you will make the link with our internal dev team if a customer has a requirement that needs some custom function. Since our product is very specialized, we will be providing all training for all tasks. These are paid hours where you will follow our internal teams and learn the work.
Skills: In addition to English reading, writing and speaking, you need to be well organized, as you will be working on multiple implementations at the same time. You need to have a good sense of time zones, since different meetings will mean different times for customers. You also need to be flexible for your hours. Work is always Monday to Friday, but during the day some meetings might require more time.
Need to know word and excel. Those are basic requirements these days, but you will be working with spreadsheets (basic, no pivots or complex functions needed).
We use ClickUp for managing our customer requirements. Training will be provided for this as it is fairly simple.
We are seeking candidates for full time and long term basis considering it will take you at least 6 months to understand the work and the software, so we prefer candidates that will remain with us 'forever" :-) Salary review on an annual basis is a given and 13th month is provided.
