Software Engineer

Company: Early-stage B2B data startup. We build and sell a downloadable leads database that companies use for outbound sales, competing with Apollo and ZoomInfo on depth, not breadth.

What you'll do:
- Work closely with the founder on building and maintaining data pipelines
- Write Python code for data processing, transformation, and enrichment
- Work with SQL databases (ClickHouse) to build and query large datasets
- Help architect and improve the data infrastructure that powers the product
- Debug, optimize, and extend existing systems
- Contribute to product decisions from a technical perspective

You're a great fit if you:
- Are a strong Python developer
- Are comfortable with SQL and working with large datasets
- Can read code, understand systems quickly, and propose improvements
- Think clearly and communicate well (you'll be on video calls with the founder daily)
- Are a problem solver who doesn't need hand-holding
- Have strong spoken and written English

Bonus:
- Experience with data engineering (ETL pipelines, data warehouses, ClickHouse, BigQuery, or similar)
- Familiarity with B2B go-to-market, cold email, or lead generation
- Experience with API integrations and HTTP request processing
- Have worked in or with a startup before

Compensation: $1,200/month
