-Participates in designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting applications and systems.

-Applying programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation.

-Conducts compatibility testing with other software programs, hardware, multiple operating systems, and network environments.

-Troubleshooting technical issues as they arise during the product life cycle.

-Perform an enhancement for system and application development, maintenance, and production support

-Conducting a root cause analysis on production issues reported by users/clients.

-Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve incidents/problems and outages of production environments using test environment.

-Studying and analyzing the process and functions of existing products
