software/ app developer

I am looking for an experienced developer who has created software/app in the healthcare space before. IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE, DO NOT APPLY!!!
I am looking to create an app/software around an existing product. data collection, scanning from the phone, generating confirmation emails etc will be needed.
