Shopify Virtual Assistant — Shore Vibes by Maria (20 hrs/week)

Shore Vibes by Maria is a new coastal beach apparel and lifestyle brand based in New Jersey. We're looking for an experienced Shopify VA to take over product uploads and store updates, then stay on long-term as we grow.

This is a part-time role, roughly 20 hours per week, ongoing. Pay is based on experience.

What you'll do:

Add and edit products (titles, descriptions, images, variants, pricing)
Update homepage banners, collections, and promotions
Make small theme edits (sections, layout tweaks, seasonal updates)
Keep the store clean, accurate, and running smoothly week to week

Who we need:
We hired a VA before and had to let her go within a week — too many small errors, and reviewing her work took longer than doing it myself. So this time, attention to detail matters more than speed. If you're someone who double-checks your own work before turning it in, this is for you. If you tend to move fast and figure it out later, this isn't a fit.

Requirements:

Advanced, hands-on Shopify experience — you know the admin, themes, and apps well
A portfolio of real Shopify stores you've built or managed (links required)
At least 2 professional references from past clients
Excellent written English
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
Nice to have: Shopify SEO, Meta Pixel, Printful/print-on-demand, Canva or Kittl
