Shopify Store Developer

Hello! Thank you for checking our job posting. My name is Michael. I am the CEO and owner of GrubTerra we are a small company with currently four employees (including myself). We are focused on the backyard chicken space. We currently sell chicken treats. We are soon to be launching dog treats along with layer feeds for chickens as well. Our company focuses on integrity, honesty, autonomy, optimism, and accountability. We are also extremely environmentally friendly with most of our products being made from recycled material or using food waste to produce products.

The job: We are currently hiring a full-time website developer for our Shopify store. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE. We are looking for someone to help re-design our website along with optimize our website for SEO while having people purchase in bundles rather than individual products. The job will entail doing on-site SEO for our website. Re-designing our store to a more efficient customer converting machine while also helping us optimize our website for bundle purchases over single purchases. Creating and listing new products on our website. Make sure backlinks are in place and that we are ranking for ---------- anize blog posts along with creating new pages within the Shopify store.

Salary+ Bonuses: Currently, we are paying between $4 and $6 depending on skill ability and past work experience. After 6 months, we offer growth percentage bonuses where for every 1% we grow per month you will receive a $15 bonus per percentage. We also offer an automatic salary increase of $0.10 for every 500 hours worked. This will kick in after the 6-month point as well, but all hours logged before will be counted.

- SEO maintenance and upkeep.
- Page management and creation

- Shopify App research and implementation
- Bundle creation
