Shopify Product CSV & Data Entry Assistant – Simple Work, Start Immediately

This is not just a basic data entry job. We are only hiring people who have formatted and uploaded products into Shopify before. If you have never worked with a Shopify product CSV, this job is not for you.
Description:
We are urgently hiring a Shopify Product Assistant to help format purchase orders into Shopify product CSVs and prep image URLs. This is simple, repeatable work — not difficult, but time-consuming and requires excellent attention to detail.

You will work with two spreadsheets:

A Master Inventory Sheet that includes all product info, cost/retail, image URLs (properly named for SEO), and notes.

A clean Shopify CSV, formatted for upload based on the master data.

???? Tasks:
Copy/paste product details from Excel POs into a clean format

Match or scrape product images and paste URLs

Rename image files with the product name + "sandpiper" for SEO (ex: ---------- g)

Use provided retail prices, or calculate 2.3x markup on cost if missing

Add correct product types, tags, size variants, and metafields

Write descriptions using vendor copy only (no rewriting), with SKU + size listed at the bottom

Set weight = 2 lbs, quantity = 1 per size, and inventory policy = deny

???? Must-Have Skills:
Experience formatting Shopify product CSVs

Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills

Ability to match or scrape image URLs

Attention to detail + common sense

Good English and task follow-through

? Bonus Skills (Not Required):
Canva or Adobe Firefly for mockups

Shopify back-end access (optional)

Familiarity with Dawn theme structure

Slack, Dropbox, and Google Drive
