Shopify Developer

We’re hiring an experienced Shopify Front-End Developer to craft high-performing, pixel-perfect pages and funnels for our e-commerce brands. You’ll turn Figma designs into clean, maintainable Liquid/HTML/CSS/JavaScript, optimize for speed and conversions, and ship fast, high-quality iterations.

You should have a deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem—its theme structure, Liquid templating, metafields, and app integrations. Strong UX/funnel thinking, performance awareness, and transparent communication are essential.

Responsibilities
- Develop custom Shopify themes and landing pages from Figma designs using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build and iterate on conversion-optimized funnels and checkout experiences with great UX and logical user flow.
- Customize and optimize Shopify storefronts, sections, and templates; manage metafields and dynamic content.
- Ensure excellent responsiveness, performance (Core Web Vitals), accessibility, and SEO.
- Work across our tools — primarily Shopify, with occasional work on WordPress, Replo, and Checkout Champ.
- Use AI-assisted tooling for faster, higher-quality development (code, QA, documentation).
- Provide clear task breakdowns, time estimates, and progress updates; collaborate efficiently during core hours (9AM–1PM CEST).
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams, offering proactive feedback and solutions.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional front-end development experience.
- 2+ years working specifically with Shopify (custom themes, Liquid, app integrations).
- Proven Figma ? code experience with pixel-perfect execution.
- Strong skills in semantic HTML5, modern CSS (Grid, Flexbox, variables), and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Solid understanding of Shopify theme architecture, sections, metafields, and schema configuration.
- Experience optimizing for page speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first performance.
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus, checkout customization, or headless setups (Hydrogen, Next.js) is a plus.
- Comfortable integrating APIs (REST/GraphQL) and handling client-side interactions and form validation.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to estimate, document, and deliver transparently.
- Conversational English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Bonus: experience with React/Next/Vue, Git/GitHub, analytics tagging, or CRO tools.
