Senior WordPress/Elementor Developer (SEO, AEO, Mobile-First, Funnel Optimization & GoHighLevel)

**Remote | Project-Based (Potential for Ongoing Work)**

We're looking for a **senior WordPress/Elementor developer** who can do far more than build pages. We already have a completed website design (Figma/PSD). We need someone who can transform that design into a **high-performing, conversion-focused, SEO-optimized website** with GoHighLevel integrations and excellent Core Web Vitals.

If you're simply an Elementor page builder, this role isn't the right fit. We're looking for someone who understands **technical SEO, mobile-first UX, conversion funnels, website performance, and automation.**

## What You'll Do

### WordPress Development

* Convert Figma/PSD designs into a pixel-perfect Elementor Pro website.
* Build clean, semantic HTML (no text embedded in images).
* Create proper heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3, etc.).
* Ensure accessibility best practices, alt tags, and semantic markup.

### Mobile-First Development

* Build the website with a **mobile-first approach**.
* Make intelligent UX decisions for tablet and mobile—not simply scale down the desktop version.
* Test and optimize across major devices and browsers.

### Technical SEO & AI Search Optimization

* Configure Rank Math or Yoast SEO.
* Implement JSON-LD schema markup.
* Optimize metadata, internal linking, and technical SEO.
* Configure AI search readiness, including:

* llms.txt
* AI crawler configuration
* Best practices for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

### Funnel & Conversion Optimization

This is **not** a brochure website.

You'll help build high-converting pages by:

* Structuring landing pages for lead generation
* Creating clear conversion paths
* Optimizing CTAs
* Reducing friction
* Setting up conversion tracking and key events
* Applying CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices

### GoHighLevel Integration

* Connect website forms directly into GoHighLevel CRM
* Configure lead routing and automation
* Experience with **n8n, Zapier, or Make** is a strong advantage

### Performance Optimization

Performance is a requirement—not an afterthought.

The completed site should achieve:

* PageSpeed Insights score of **90+**
* Passing Core Web Vitals

* LCP
* INP
* CLS
