The company builds a white-label mobile app platform that helps small and medium-sized businesses launch and operate mobile apps. The product supports business growth through mobile ordering, customer engagement, and app-based experiences.

### Position Overview
We are looking for a senior React Native engineer with deep mobile development experience. The role focuses on developing and maintaining mobile apps, publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play, optimizing performance, fixing bugs, and collaborating with product, design, and backend teammates.

This role is best for someone who has shipped real apps, understands the full mobile release process, and can work independently in a remote startup environment.

### Key Responsibilities
**Mobile Development**
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Build reliable, user-friendly app features for SMB customers.
- Optimize mobile performance and resolve production bugs.

**App Store and Release Management**
- Prepare and publish applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Support release processes, troubleshooting, and version updates.

**Product Collaboration**
- Work with product, design, and backend teams to deliver strong user experiences.
- Communicate clearly about estimates, blockers, and tradeoffs.

### Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of mobile development experience.
- Strong professional experience with React Native.
- Proven experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving ability.
- Clear written and spoken communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote startup team.

### Preferred Qualifications
- Native iOS or Android experience.
