Job Title: Senior Mobile Developer (React Native + Flutter)

About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Senior Mobile Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our cross-platform mobile applications. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in React Native and Flutter to build high-performance, scalable, and user-centric mobile experiences for both iOS and Android. You will be a key technical leader, driving architectural decisions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship world-class products.

Key Responsibilities

· Design & Development: Design, build, and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Flutter.
· Architecture & Leadership: Lead architecture and technical decisions across mobile platforms, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and robust codebases.
· Performance Optimization: Stay deeply hands-on with coding, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure smooth, responsive, and reliable applications.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate designs and requirements into seamless, end-to-end features.
· Integrations: Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, third-party SDKs, authentication systems, push notifications, and payment gateways.
· Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers through pairing and technical guidance.
· Deployment: Ensure applications meet App Store and Google Play Store guidelines and manage the deployment process.

Required Qualifications

· Experience: 5+ years of professional mobile development experience.
· Technical Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience with both React Native and Flutter.
· Architecture: Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture).
· API Integration: Proven experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
· Native Knowledge: A solid understanding of native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) internals to build custom modules and optimize platform-specific features.
· State Management: Proficiency with state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Provider, Bloc).
· UI/UX: Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and the ability to translate designs into responsive, high-performance code.
· Version Control: Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

· Published Apps: A proven portfolio of applications published on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
· CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for mobile applications.
· Backend & Cloud: Familiarity with backend services like Firebase, Supabase, or AWS.
· AI Integration: Experience integrating AI capabilities (e.g., OpenAI, Claude APIs) or using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
· Product Mindset: A product-focused perspective with the ability to take ownership of features from development to deployment.

Nice-to-Haves

· Experience with real-time features (WebSockets).
· Knowledge of payment gateway integration.
· Familiarity with GraphQL.
· Experience with health tech, wearables, or Bluetooth integrations.
