Senior Mobile App Developer (iOS & Android)

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Mobile App Developer to lead the development, improvement, and maintenance of our mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. The primary focus will be on revamping our mobile apps to enhance user experience, performance, and customization capabilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for ongoing support, optimization, and feature enhancements to ensure the apps continue to meet evolving user and business needs.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into mobile application solutions.
2. Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities for iOS and Android mobile applications.
3. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to mobile development best practices.
4. Optimize performance and scalability of existing mobile applications through code refactoring and improvements.
5. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of mobile applications across platforms and devices.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices, recommending innovative solutions to enhance mobile application development processes.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
8. Provide technical support and assistance to internal users as needed.

**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in mobile app development (iOS & Android).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on React Native.
3. Proven ability to build and maintain mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms.
4. Some experience or familiarity with UI/UX design principles; hands-on design skills are a plus.
5. Experience in frontend web development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) is a plus, as this role may occasionally support web frontend tasks.
6. Figma skills or experience working with design tools is ideal.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
8. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
9. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.

Working days and hours:
Full-time basis - 40 hrs/week (Mon-Fri)
Working hours: 10 am to 6:30 pm (30 min. lunch break)
