### Job Overview
Yunta is recruiting experienced professionals for an opportunity with a growing US-based technology startup. The selected professional would contract through Yunta and work closely with the startup's team. Final placement is subject to the company's interview and selection process.

### About the Company
The company is building AI-powered software for property management. Its product includes customer-facing agents that help property teams handle maintenance requests, prospective tenant communication, leasing workflows, and operational support.

### Position Overview
We are looking for a senior full stack engineer with strong Next.js, React, Hono/Bun, Tailwind, and Postgres experience. This role is for someone who can build customer-facing product quickly, own both frontend and backend feature work, and communicate clearly with a founder-led startup team.

The role may also include building a React Native companion app, so mobile experience is a strong plus. The right person should be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, debugging real customer issues, and contributing product ideas instead of only completing assigned tickets.

### Key Responsibilities
**Full Stack Development**
- Build new frontend and backend product features using Next.js, React, Hono/Bun, Tailwind, and Postgres.
- Write clean, type-safe code that can be maintained by a small engineering team.
- Improve product workflows for property managers, tenants, and maintenance-related use cases.

**Mobile Development**
- Help build a React Native companion application when needed.
- Coordinate mobile work with existing web and backend systems.

**Product and Customer Collaboration**
- Work directly with startup leadership and customers to debug issues and improve the product.
- Suggest practical product improvements based on user problems.
- Move quickly while maintaining code quality and reliability.

### Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional engineering/coding experience.
- Strong production experience with React and Next.js.
- Strong experience with Hono/Bun or similar modern TypeScript backend environments.
- Experience with Tailwind and Postgres.
- Ability to build both frontend and backend features.
- Strong debugging, communication, and ownership skills.
- Comfortable working with a small, fast-moving startup team.

### Preferred Qualifications
- React Native experience.
- Experience with Cursor, Claude, or other agentic programming tools used responsibly in development.
- Property management, residential real estate, leasing, or maintenance workflow experience.
- Computer science degree, if applicable, but verified shipping ability matters more.
