We're a US-based logistics company building the systems that run our operations end-to-end. We have an initial prototype built using AI tools ("vibe coding"), and we're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to take it from prototype to a production-grade Logistics ERP & Client Portal — while also owning the automation, integrations, and internal tools that keep our team moving fast.
You won't write every line from scratch. We expect you to use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) to ship fast, while applying senior-level engineering judgment to make sure security, architecture, and business logic are flawless. If the AI writes bad code, you catch it and fix it.
This is hands-on work across the stack — backend logic, clean frontends, no-code automations, AI integrations, and the secure multi-tenant architecture underneath it all. You'll work directly with the founder/operations lead.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Logistics ERP & Client Portal — Architect and build a production-grade system with strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):
- Internal Ops: Inventory Control, Route Scheduling, Sales Quoting, Accounting.
- Client Portal: A restricted, high-polish view where customers verify items and track orders without seeing internal data.
• Multi-Tenant Security — Ensure complete data separation between clients. Client A must never see Client B's inventory. No exceptions.
• Business Logic — Build the workflows that move us from Quote ? Order ? Delivery ? Invoice.
• Automation workflows — Build and maintain pipelines in n8n, Make, Google Apps Script, and Zapier. Triggers from Gmail, Slack, webhooks, calendars.
• Web development — Landing pages and small web apps using HTML/CSS/Tailwind, React or Next.js. Speed, clean UI, lead capture.
• Internal tool development — Slack apps (Bolt SDK), dashboards, lightweight Node.js or Python services.
• API integrations — Gmail, Google Workspace, Slack, PandaDoc, Google Maps/Mapbox, QuickBooks/Xero, Anthropic Claude API, OpenAI, Gemini, Twilio.
• AI integration — Wire LLMs into existing workflows (quote parsing, lead intake, content generation, internal tools).
• AI-accelerated development — Use Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc. to move fast on standard modules (forms, tables, CRUD), then harden everything before it ships.
• Maintenance & iteration — Debug, monitor, improve. We ship fast and refine as we go.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development or automation engineering
• Portfolio or GitHub with real, deployed projects (not tutorials)
• Video walkthrough (Loom) of a backend system you've built — we want to see how you handle data complexity
• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python
• Comfortable with Node.js, React or Next.js, and basic deployment (Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare, Railway, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform (n8n, Make, Zapier, or Google Apps Script)
• Multi-tenant data security — deep understanding of how to separate user/client data and prevent leaks
• Business systems experience — you've built something that tracks workflows like Quote ? Order ? Delivery ? Invoice (or equivalent)
• REST API integration experience — reading docs, handling auth, working with webhooks
• AI-literate — you use Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar to ship faster, and you know how to audit AI-generated code for bugs and security holes
• Git / GitHub fluency
• Strong written English (you'll communicate via Slack and
NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience with Slack Bolt SDK or building Slack apps
• Familiarity with Anthropic Claude API, OpenAI, or Gemini
• Google Cloud Functions / AWS Lambda / Cloudflare Workers
• SQLite, Postgres, or Firebase
• Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui
• Experience integrating QuickBooks, Xero, or mapping APIs (Google Maps, Mapbox)
WHO YOU ARE
• A self-starter. You don't wait to be told what to build next. You read context, ask sharp questions, and ship.
• Direct and no-nonsense. If the AI writes bad code, you fix it. If a feature is too complex, you suggest a simpler solution.
• Detail-oriented. "White glove" means perfection. Bugs in production cost us money. You test before you push.
• A clear communicator. You can explain what you're building and why, in writing.
• Curious about AI. We use Claude and other AI tools daily. You should be excited about that, not skeptical.
• Reliable on a US-overlapping schedule. You don't need to work full US hours, but at least a 2–4 hour overlap with US Pacific or Eastern is required.
WHAT WE OFFER:
• Fully remote, work-from-home setup
• Competitive PHP-based compensation (depends on experience — we'll discuss)
• Full government-mandated benefits upon regularization
• Direct mentorship from the team lead
• Real ownership of projects from day one
• A fast-moving environment where what you build gets used immediately
• Long-term role with growth into senior/lead positions as we scale
HOW TO APPLY - SEND US:
• A short message about why this role fits you (no cover letter essays — keep it real and specific)
• Your portfolio link or GitHub (required)
• A Loom video walkthrough of a backend system you've built — show us how you handle data complexity (required)
• Your resume or LinkedIn
• Your expected monthly rate (PHP)
• One example of an automation, app, or system you've built — what was the problem, what did you build, what stack did you use?
