Full Stack Developer (Remote)

At Mindel Brand House, we build brands that people remember.

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can shape that future with us.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership, not just tasks.

Someone who can conceptualise solutions, deliver consistently, and help us build the development department from its very first brick. If you’re the kind of developer who sees inefficiencies and immediately imagines a system to fix them, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Lead

End-to-end development of client websites, digital products, and custom applications
The build and evolution of internal tools, technologies, and component libraries
Development of custom Shopify Apps - from architecture to deployment
High-quality implementation from Figma wireframes and prototypes
Your own sprints, delivery timelines, and technical decision-making
Delegation and collaboration as we grow the dev team around you

Requirements

2-3 Years experience in a similar role or 6-8 years in junior role
A library of over 5-10 personal projects
Bachelor in computer science or relevant
Experience working with Australian and or American companies
Able to pass all background checks
