Position: Senior C#/.NET Developer
Location: Philippines
Employment Type: Full-time Contractor

What You’ll Be Doing
_ Architect, design, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications
_ Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and code reviews
_ Develop and maintain integrations with third-party services and internal systems
_ Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, provide time estimates, and present technical solutions
_ Identify and resolve complex issues through debugging and performance tuning
_ Perform migrations and upgrades ---------- Framework ---------- ---------- 6+
_ Model and manage structured content, including content templates and headless CMS integrations
_ Contribute to improving engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies

What You’ll Need to Succeed
_ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
_ Strong experience in designing and developing full-stack applications ---------- (C#)
_ Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js preferred; React or Angular also considered)
_ Solid understanding of application lifecycle, design patterns, and scalable architecture
_ Deep knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS)
_ Experience configuring and deploying applications via IIS and Microsoft Azure
_ Proficiency in Git and source control best practices
_ Proven ability to deliver quality software in an agile, fast-paced, client-facing environment
_ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
_ Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

Minimum Qualifications
_ 5+ years of experience developing full-stack web applications using C# ----------
_ 3+ years of experience with modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular)
_ 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS
_ 3+ years of experience working with MS SQL and writing performant queries
_ 2+ years of experience in a professional services or agency setting, managing multiple client projects
_ Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and cloud-based deployment strategies

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)
_ Experience with traditional and headless CMS platforms (e.g., Kentico, Sitecore, Umbraco, Contentstack)
_ Certified Kentico CMS Developer or similar certifications
_ Experience performing migrations to the latest Kentico versions
_ Familiarity with content modeling and CMS architecture best practices

Even if you do not have skills related to CMS or Kentico, it's fine by us, we are willing to train you if you fit right to this position in other listed requirements.
