Remote | Full-Time | B2B Outbound Sales | Long-Term Role

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to support outbound sales efforts across industries where digital marketing plays a key role in business growth.

This role is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional who can confidently engage CEOs, founders, business owners, and senior decision-makers. We are looking for someone who can build trust quickly, hold natural conversations, handle objections, and book qualified discovery calls for the senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound outreach through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
• Engage CEOs, founders, business owners, and key decision-makers.
• Build rapport quickly and create meaningful conversations with prospects.
• Identify qualified prospects and book discovery calls for the senior sales team.
• Handle objections naturally and keep conversations moving toward the next step.
• Use LinkedIn for prospecting, messaging, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
• Accurately update CRM records, outreach activity, notes, and pipeline status.
• Participate in team check-ins and report on activity, results, and opportunities.
• Represent the brand professionally on every call, message, and follow-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales, business development, or client relations experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven experience booking qualified discovery calls through outbound cold and warm outreach.
• LinkedIn outreach experience is required.
• Strong cold calling experience with natural objection-handling skills.
• Must be highly confident and effective on phone calls, with excellent spoken English and a natural American accent.
• Experience engaging C-suite, VP-level, founders, business owners, and senior decision-makers.
• Strong conversational skills, active listening, and ability to build rapport quickly.
• No script dependency. Must be able to follow a framework while sounding natural and conversational.
• Self-motivated, resilient, coachable, and able to work independently.
• Experience in international or cross-market sales environments.
• Must be motivated by performance-based earnings and high commissions rather than relying on a high basic salary.

Tools Proficiency Requirement

• LinkedIn and LinkedIn outreach tools.
• CRM tools such as ---------- , HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Dialer tools or calling platforms.
Email outreach tools.
• Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
• Sales tracking, reporting, or pipeline management tools.

Nice to Have

• Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or e-commerce.
• Experience selling or booking calls for digital marketing services.
• Experience working with North American prospects or international markets.
• Strong understanding of sales psychology, objection handling, and consultative selling.
