Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Pay: Starting at $12 USD/hour + Performance Bonuses

Square One Creatives is a growing real estate media company in the United States. We are looking for one full-time Sales Development Representative to join our team.

Your Job

* Call real estate agents in the United States.
* Introduce our company and services.
* Build relationships with potential clients.
* Schedule appointments for our managers.
* Follow up by phone, text, and email.

Requirements

Excellent English is REQUIRED.

You must be able to speak clear, professional English with little or no accent. You will spend most of your day speaking with clients in the United States.

We are looking for someone who is:

* Friendly
* Confident on the phone
* Reliable
* Organized
* Comfortable talking with new people every day

Sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Pay & Growth

* Full-time (40 hours per week)
* Starting pay: $12 USD/hour
* Performance bonuses available
* After 90 days, high-performing tea ---------- mbers may be eligible for a pay increase to $13-$14 USD/hour
